Licensed to practice in Washington
Practice emphasis is concentrated on commercial, bankruptcy and business dispute civil litigation primarily in the federal courts. Specific areas of practice include representing clients in contract and business tort disputes, including defense of class action cases, which may involve, civil and criminal forfeiture, temporary restraining order and injunctive relief components as well as monetary damages. I commonly appear as pro hac vice attorney of record in districts, including multiple districts within a single case, outside of Washington and those districts where I am licensed to practice. Clients include commercial and private lenders, tribal governments, agricultural and natural resource entities, bankruptcy trustees and businesses. Outside of commercial litigation, my practice includes representing numerous local and regional companies as their out of house counsel. I am also a member Eastern District of Washington District Court, Register of Third Party Neutrals Pursuant to LR 16.2, and I also serve as a Spokane County Superior Court, Arbitrator.
