Practice Summary

Mr. Olson’s practice areas include insurance defense and commercial litigation, appellate law, real estate, and real property litigation. Born and raised in Colville, Washington, Mr. Olson moved to Seattle to attend college, returning home in the summer to work as a forest firefighter. After graduating from the University of Washington in 2009, Mr. Olson attended Seattle University School of Law. During law school Mr. Olson worked as a law clerk for the Attorney General’s Natural Resources Division and for Weyerhaeuser Company. He also served as a full-time judicial extern for the Honorable Mary Fairhurst, former Chief Justice of the Washington State Supreme Court. After graduating from law school, Mr. Olson joined a boutique real estate and landlord-tenant law firm in Seattle, acquiring invaluable courtroom experience through a high-volume eviction practice.
