Practice Summary

Mr. Williams defends and counsels businesses, nonprofits, and public institutions in the areas of labor and employment law. In his practice, Mr. Williams represents employers in court and administrative settings against claims involving wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, collective bargaining, and class actions. Mr. Williams also practices in the areas of general liability defense and professional negligence defense.

Mr. Williams is a frequent presenter at regional and national employment law seminars, where he instructs both attorneys and HR professionals on how to comply with state and federal regulations and conduct workplace investigations.
