Practice Summary
Mr. McKeegan is a business and real estate attorney with experience in assisting business owners with entity formation and structuring the purchase and sale of business’s equity or assets. Mr. McKeegan’s experience also includes assisting clients with real estate transactions, leasing and resolution of leasing disputes, and land use matters.
During law school, Mr. McKeegan served as Associate Editor of the Gonzaga Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Mr. McKeegan served in the United States Army as an infantry officer and deployed to Afghanistan with the 10th Mountain Division.
In his free time, Mr. McKeegan enjoys cross country skiing, hiking, and enjoying the outdoors with his family.
