Practice Summary
Dan Gibbons’ practice focuses on municipal law, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy and general business and corporate matters. Clients served include cities, towns, elected officials, banks, credit unions, lenders, privately-held businesses and business owners. Dan has extensive experience in representing creditors in bankruptcy, and has also represented debtors, trustees, landlords, tenants and unsecured creditors’ committees in Chapter 11 cases. In addition, Dan handles non-bankruptcy workouts, foreclosures, and receiverships; and represents buyers and seller of businesses and corporations in general corporate matters.
