With a passion for helping clients navigate complex challenges, Eric Sachtjen delivers tailored solutions across two key areas: estate planning and business formations and transactions.
In estate planning, Eric guides families through crafting wills and trusts to managing probate and trust administration, ensuring their legacies are secure with thoughtful, personalized strategies.
In business formations and transactions, Eric advises individuals and businesses across industries on formation, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic growth, blending creativity with practical expertise to drive successful outcomes.
As a member of Paine Hamblen’s Board of Directors and its General Counsel, Eric combines leadership with a deep commitment to client success. His approach is rooted in understanding each client’s unique goals, offering peace of mind through clear, actionable strategies.
Outside the office, Eric recharges at the lake, explores new
