Eric represents clients across a broad range of estate planning advisory work, including estate planning for closely held business owners, drafting of wills and trusts, probate of wills, estate administration, and trust administration.
He regularly advises clients in a wide variety of transactional and advisory work for individuals and businesses across many industries, including mergers and acquisitions.
He is a member of the Firm’s Board of Directors and is its General Counsel.
In his personal time, Eric enjoys spending time at the lake, travelling, and refereeing soccer.
