Practice Summary
Mr. Post’s practice currently involves Employment Law, Real Estate & Development, and Insurance Law & Tort Claims. Mr. Post has experience with drafting Easements, Leases, and Purchase & Sale Agreements for real property, as well as drafting various business/employment documents for employers and advising/defending them against claims made by employees and/or state entities.
Mr. Post was born and raised in Bellevue, Washington where he grew up playing sports, starting businesses, and traveling the world. Following his business degree from the University of Washington’s Foster School, he spent time while attending UW Law working with attorneys to advise Seattle small businesses in underserved communities. Mr. Post also speaks Spanish and Mandarin.
