Practice Summary
Tim Nault is a litigator practicing in state and federal trial and appellate courts across eastern Washington and in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He handles a multitude of litigation matters for clients, with a particular focus on Trust and Estate (TEDRA) litigation, real property disputes and commercial litigation. He previously clerked for then-Chief Judge Rosanna Malouf Peterson of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington. In his free time, Tim enjoys exploring the great outdoors with his family.Education:
