Tricia’s practice areas include real estate law, foreclosure law, business transactions, contracts, and banking law. She is licensed to practice law in Washington, Idaho, Florida, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Prior to moving to Washington, Tricia practiced law in Maryland and the District of Columbia. She graduated with Honors from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, and will be teaching Real Estate Transactions at the Gonzaga University School of Law in the fall. Tricia is a Board Member for Books for Tots, a non-profit organization that provides books to underprivileged children in Northern Idaho, and a Committee Member on the Fallen Heroes Circuit Course Committee in Liberty Lake, Washington. Tricia also serves as a member of Paine Hamblen’s marketing committee.
