Paine Hamblen Welcomes New Associate

Paine Hamblen welcomes the addition of Nicole R. Luth as a first year associate to its Spokane office.

Prior to law school, Nicole had a career in Human Resources gaining experience in both the public and private sectors, as well as in the non-profit health care industry. During law school, Nicole interned for the Unemployment Law Project, the Washington State Bar Association, and spent her 3rd year as an extern at Paine Hamblen. While cultivating these experiences, Nicole remained active at the law school, serving as a Student Ambassador to the Admissions Office, Reference Desk Assistant to the Law Library, and Smithmore P. Myers Fellow to the Center for Professional Development. In May 2019, Nicole graduated magna cum laude.

Upon graduation, Nicole accepted a short-term position with Gonzaga Law to travel throughout the United States recruiting students who are interested in attending law school. After taking the Bar Exam, she spent the next 4 months visiting over 20 cities in 13 states and spoke with hundreds of applicants.

Nicole’s hobbies include sewing and garment up-cycling. She has a passion for sustainable fashion, with the majority of her wardrobe consisting of items found in local thrift stores that she then mends or transforms.  Always looking for ways in which her hobbies can cross over into her work, Nicole has also participated in the Fashion Law Institute’s Annual Summer Intensive Program held in Silicon Valley.

We are proud to have Nicole join the Firm and serve our clients in the years to come.
