Paine Hamblen is pleased to welcome associate attorney Lindsey Wagner to the Firm’s litigation and employment law departments. Ms. Wagner brings years of legal experience to the practice, including most recently as an Assistant Solicitor and Attorney Team Leader in South Carolina, where she prosecuted criminal felony and misdemeanor cases. She also has a background in personal injury litigation.
Ms. Wagner graduated with Honors from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, and has a B.A. in Political Science and Government from Gonzaga University. Ms. Wagner is excited to return to her hometown of Spokane, Washington following her husband’s retirement from active duty service as a Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force. She is licensed to practice in Washington, South Carolina, and Texas.
